 Please join Chefs Bill Miner & Forbes Rigsby of il porcellino salumi for a fun and educational class on proper sausage making techniques just in time for the holidays! Geared for the serious home cook, professional chefs, or those that just want to learn what goes into a top notch sausage, this will be a great class at the most wonderful time of the year! Attendees will see several different recipes and techniques, and get to take home some of the sausage made that evening. Forbes and Bill look forward to sharing some of their knowledge with you in a warm and relaxing setting! Fun and educational, perfect for the home cook or professional chef that wants to learn proper sausage making techniques. Space is limited to 15 people. Cost is $60 per person.
